Nakusha Medical Supplies ("we", "us", "our") is a medical equipment supplier based at Block 213 Mukalazi Road, Bukoto, Kampala, Uganda. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, and how we handle it.

2. What we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

• Anonymous usage data — page views, button clicks, scroll depth, device type, referral source, and UTM campaign parameters. This data is stored against a random session ID and cannot be used to identify you personally.
• Contact information you provide voluntarily — if you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we receive whatever details you choose to share (your name, phone number, message content). That conversation lives inside WhatsApp, not on this website.

3. What we don't do

We don't collect personal information through forms on this site. We don't store your name, phone number, or email in our database from site visits. We don't sell, rent, or share any information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How we use anonymous data

Anonymous usage data helps us understand which pages work, which don't, and where visitors prefer to click. This guides improvements to the site so we can serve you better. It is never linked to your identity.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use browser session storage to remember your session ID, UTM source, and whether you've already seen a popup — so you don't see the same message repeatedly. We don't use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies on this website. Meta (Facebook, Instagram) may still collect information if you arrive from one of our ads, under their own privacy policies.

6. WhatsApp and phone communication

When you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, your communication is governed by WhatsApp's or your telecom provider's own privacy policies. We keep records of enquiries only for as long as needed to serve you.

7. Data security

Anonymous site analytics are stored on Supabase, protected by row-level security. Only authorized administrators can access them. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

8. Your rights

Because we don't store personal information from site visits, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you have shared personal information with us via WhatsApp or phone and would like us to delete it, contact us and we'll act promptly.

9. Children

This website is intended for healthcare professionals and adult purchasers. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
