This website showcases the medical equipment and supplies we offer. It is not an online shop — no transactions, payments, or orders take place here. All enquiries, quotes, and purchases are handled directly via WhatsApp or phone.

3. Product information

We describe our products and categories in good faith. Specifications, availability, and pricing change regularly — always confirm details with us on WhatsApp before purchase. Images are illustrative and may differ slightly from delivered items.

4. Pricing

We do not list prices on this site. All pricing is provided on request, in writing, via WhatsApp or a formal quotation. Our "Price Beat Guarantee" applies to written competitor quotes for identical products under identical terms, at our discretion. Confirmed quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

5. Warranty

All products are supplied with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary by product and will be provided at the time of quotation. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, negligence, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear.

6. Delivery

Our "24-hour delivery" applies to confirmed orders within Kampala during business hours (Mon–Sat, 8:00–18:00). Deliveries outside Kampala are arranged on a case-by-case basis. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — though we always aim to meet them.

7. Services

Installation, training, maintenance, and repair services are provided by our trained technicians or authorized partners. Specific terms are agreed at the time of engagement.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide medical equipment for use by qualified healthcare professionals. We are not liable for any clinical outcome, injury, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of equipment we supply. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected products or services, subject to applicable Ugandan law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, layout — is the property of Nakusha Medical Supplies or its partners, and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.

10. External links

This site may link to external sites (social media, partners, Google Maps). We're not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law
